-He excels in historical studies and is properly knowledgeable about the past of his home country, influenced and motivated by his brother's love for katana and kendo. Adores the people who were deemed as rebels in history.

-His former female classmates and anyone related to the okama bar refer to him as Hana, while his guy friends and his family call him Reiji.

-He loves horror stories and knows a lot about the urban legends all over Japan mainly because they serve as an excitement to his bland and average life. He is also fairly tolerant to gore stories..

-He generally wears long sleeves and cover up to his neck to hide his figure and scars he had gotten back in his days as a punk. Has one scar on his forehead and another under his left eye, which are usually covered with his bangs and makeup. His hair and fashion style are flexible depending on his mood and the weather.

-He usually acts and talks like a generic annoying high school girl, along with feminine gestures and words. He always brings a makeup pouch and a medicine pouch. Has a lot of female friends from the school alumni too. 

-While not being exceptionally good, Reiji is capable of fighting efficiently especially if he has something to swing (kendo). He can also fight efficiently with moderately high heels and frilly clothing.
